Testimonial
Originally known as Hood’s Lawn Maintenance
but later renamed Southern Lawnworks and providing additional services, Steve Hood’s long serving company has proven to be
a true blessing to me personally
and especially to the health of my yard and property.
After meeting and establishing a maintenance contract with Steve in 2009,
I quickly found that there was never a worry about the care of my lawn or property because Steve treated it as if it was his own.
Steve’s work ethic is taught to his employees and if they can’t or won’t follow his example then he finds those who will. The proper care and attention of his customer’s lawns and property is at the forefront of his efforts and, speaking for myself,
my lawn has benefited from his hard work.
Another aspect of Steve’s personality is his drive to continually educate himself in the science of lawn care and horticulture. He listens and learns and applies that gained knowledge toward the constant improvement in the care of his customer’s lawns.
Steve doesn’t have the shiniest truck or the best, state-of-the-art enclosed trailer, but what he does have that others don’t is
an attitude of excellence in everything he does.
His desire is to step back at the end of a work day and take pride in the quality of work he has performed. That is a trait that is
difficult to find in this day and time.
Steve Hood and Southern Lawnworks receives my best and highest recommendation for his level of excellence in lawn care and maintenance. Any homeowner would be considered wise to take advantage of his skill,
knowledge and work product for their
lawn care needs.
Respectfully,
Ronald D. Ryan
